VEGETABLES STEW WITH ORANGE SCENTED

Ingredients for 4 people

10 SiPomodoro cherry tomatoes
100 g cauliflower
10 champignon mushrooms
10 cabbage leaves
2 leeks
20 g tamari sauce
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 liter vegetable broth
1 orange zest
Thyme leaves to taste
EVO oil to taste
Whole salt to taste
Sweet paprika to taste

Preparation

Combine all the vegetables in the saucepan together with the leek, brown for a few minutes then add the vegetable broth, tamari sauce, sweet paprika and turmeric. Leave all the ingredients to flavor for a few minutes without a lid, then cover again and cook for about 30-35 minutes. Serve the stew piping hot with orange peel and thyme leaves.
