STUFFED CELERY STICKS
The celery sticks stuffed with cream cheese, bacon, herbs and Grana Padano are outrageously tasty! Cheese cream
Grated Grana Padano
Crispy crumbled bacon
Fresh chopped chives Sapori del Mio Orto
Freshly chopped parsley Flavors of my garden
Salt and pepper
Spicy sauce
Can Stuffed Celery Sticks Be Prepared in Advance?
Yes, of course it can! You can make velvety cheese crama, make celery and store them separately. When you are ready to serve, simply fill the celery with the mixture.

Ingredients:
2 Ribs of Celery Flavors of My Garden
400 gr cream cheese
60 gr chopped crispy bacon
100 gr grated Grana Padano
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of fresh chopped pepper
3 drops of Tabasco
Instructions:
Spread the celery stalks on a platter and set aside. Using a food processor or hand whisk, whip the cream cheese until smooth and velvety. Add the pancetta, Grana, parsley, chives, salt, pepper and spicy sauce. Blend until all the ingredients are blended.
Using a teaspoon or even better a Sac à poche, fill the celery “boats” with the cream cheese. Sprinkle with chives and bacon for even more curling and serve immediately …
