Can Stuffed Celery Sticks Be Prepared in Advance?
Yes, of course it can! You can make velvety cheese crama, make celery and store them separately. When you are ready to serve, simply fill the celery with the mixture.

2 Ribs of Celery Flavors of My Garden
400 gr cream cheese
60 gr chopped crispy bacon
100 gr grated Grana Padano
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of fresh chopped pepper
3 drops of Tabasco

Spread the celery stalks on a platter and set aside. Using a food processor or hand whisk, whip the cream cheese until smooth and velvety. Add the pancetta, Grana, parsley, chives, salt, pepper and spicy sauce. Blend until all the ingredients are blended.
Using a teaspoon or even better a Sac à poche, fill the celery “boats” with the cream cheese. Sprinkle with chives and bacon for even more curling and serve immediately …
… and enjoy your meal!
