FRANCESCA RAFFA. I am 43 years old and I am a wife, mother and worker. My passion is cooking, I love sweets and I always prepare breakfast for my loved ones. On important occasions, I also make cakes. The recipes are the ones I make for my family, so simple and quick because with the many commitments between home, school, work and activities of the little girl, I don’t have much time left. So they can be made by everyone, even those who have little time to cook, just get organized. In savory recipes I do not use garlic and onion because we are intolerant in the family, but I challenge anyone to try one of my recipes without these two ingredients. Fruits and vegetables are always in first place, I try to use the less refined flours. I don’t fry (maybe 2 or 3 times a year) and I make what I can at home.
