Oven baked pumpkin is a side dish suitable for everyone 🙂
The pumpkin slices I used come from the farm https://www.sipo.it/ with which I am collaborating.
I have received from this company many good and fresh vegetables that I am using to prepare many genuine recipes. And then in my house vegetables are very popular, everyone likes them, they are good for health and help to eat healthy. In this period, pumpkin is still found and I often use it in the kitchen: from first courses to second courses, from savory pies to meatloafs.
These days with this gloomy and gray weather it really feels like autumn which is the ideal period for pumpkin, and here is a simple and tasty side dish 😀 These are slices of pumpkin flavored with aromatic herbs always coming from the farm https : //www.sipo.it/ These are rosemary and chives: herbs suitable for flavoring any dish 😉 I also added a clove of garlic but if you don’t like it you can omit it. It is a side dish to accompany meat or fish dishes. So here’s my simple recipe 🙂
Ingredients for oven baked pumpkin
600 g sliced pumpkin Flavors from my garden
1 bunch of rosemary Flavors from my garden
12 strands chives Flavors from my garden
1 drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
to taste salt
1 universal pan
1 baking paper
Oven baked pumpkin step by step
Wash the pumpkin slices under cold tap water.
Place the slices on a baking tray covered with parchment paper with the garlic on one side.
On the surface on each slice, place a piece of rosemary, the chopped chives, pour the salt and a drizzle of oil.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C in fan mode and cook the pumpkin slices for about 35 minutes or until tender.
Serve immediately hot.
