SIPO offers a side dish full of flavors for your summer barbecue
Take advantage of the season and fresh summer sweet corn for this fluffy, easy and tasty side dish!

Ingredients for 4 people:
4 Sweet corn on the cob Flavors of my garden
50ml sweet chili sauce
3 tablespoons of melted butter
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
Juice of 2 limes
2 fresh chilli, chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


Prepare the dressing: In a bowl, mix the chilli sauce, butter, garlic, chilli, and lime juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Turn the grill on to medium-high heat. Grill the corn, turning it every 2 minutes. Brush with the prepared dressing, until tender and toasted, 10 to 15 minutes.

Remove from the grill and season the grilled corn with more chili and lime butter. Garnish with parsley and enjoy your meal!
