#000000;\">METHOD<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Heat the oven to 180\u00baC.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prepare the Leeks by slicing them into rounds, then wash them in a bowl of water then dry them with a kitchen towel.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prepare the potato by slicing it thinly into discs.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In a skillet over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of the olive oil, begin to saute the potato wedges for about 5 minutes, then remove the potatoes from the pan and line a pie pan with about \u2154 of the potatoes. Set the extra potatoes aside.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the same pan where you cooked the potatoes, brown the leeks for 2 minutes and then add them to the pan. At this point add the remaining potato slices.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Beat together the eggs, the grated Parmesan, the garlic powder and the salt and pour the mixture over the vegetables.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bake the omelette for 20 minutes and garnish with red pepper flakes.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element
