class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ingredients for 4 people:<br \/>250 gr white celery<br \/>250 gr golden apples<br \/>70 gr shelled walnuts<br \/>150 gr vegan mayonnaise<br \/>100 gr soy yogurt<br \/>1 tablespoon agave syrup<br \/>Juice of one lemon<br \/>Cervia salt to taste<br \/>White pepper to taste<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preparation:<br \/>Wash the white celery and separate the stems from the leaves, then cut into pieces about 3 cm long.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bring the previously salted water to a boil and blanch the celery for 2-3 minutes, then drain and pat dry with absorbent paper and set aside.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wash the apple (without peeling it) and cut into rather large cubes, soak for 15 minutes in water and lemon juice to prevent it from blackening.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the meantime, prepare the dressing sauce, combine the mayoveg, soy yogurt, a tablespoon of lemon juice, agave syrup, salt and pepper in a bowl, mix everything until you get a smooth and homogeneous sauce.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Take back the white celery and the drained apple and mix with the dressing obtained, add the chopped walnut kernels and decorate with a few parsley leaves.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recipe made by chef <a
