Grill the Mushrooms for about 20 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking. Keep the Mushrooms aside. Grill the polenta on both sides as well, as soon the polenta is golden and grilled, spread the cheese to melt it slightly with the heat of the plate, set on Parma ham and Mushrooms.
