Crunchy Waffle Cones With Sauteed Zucchini With Chilli Olive Oil, Spring Onions And Fresh Basil Flavored With The Exotic Freshness Of Mango And Lemon

in a recipe made with a few simple and genuine ingredients with an easy and elegant preparation at the same time

Let’s prepare today with SIPO a super smart and light recipe that tastes like Summer!
Crispy waffle cones
with courgettes sautéed with chilli pepper olive oil
spring onions and fresh basil
flavored with exotic freshness
of mango and lemon
Let’s see together the ingredients for 4 fragrant cones:
4 waffle cones
8 small courgettes
4 Spring onions
a mango
a lemon
Chilli pepper EVO oil
8 fresh basil leaves
Preparation:
Clean the courgettes by cutting them into small rounds to taste.
Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil with chilli pepper or flavored with fresh SIPO chillies in a saucepan (just heat the oil together with half a chilli pepper to already feel its aromaticity and pleasant spiciness).
Add the peeled and finely chopped spring onions. Sauté for two minutes and add the courgettes that you will cook for 5 minutes leaving them crunchy. Season with salt.
Meanwhile, separately cut the avogado into cubes and mix it with the lemon juice.
Assemble everything in the cone and serve lukewarm.
Recommended pairing: a very fresh light white wine with herbaceous and slightly fruity hints, preferably exotic fruit or a sparkling Italian Classic Method.
