Ingredients for 4 people
1 tray Pleurotus Mushrooms Sapori del Mio Orto
500 g of ready-made polenta
3 slices of Parma ham
100 g of stracchino or other spreadable cheese
Cut in circles shape the polenta and divide them with a thickness of about half cm or a little more. Grill the Mushrooms for about 20 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking. Keep the Mushrooms aside. Grill the polenta on both sides as well, as soon the polenta is golden and grilled, spread the cheese to melt it slightly with the heat of the plate, set on Parma ham and Mushrooms. Serve warm and add herbs, parsley or vegetables to finish.
