BAKED MUSHROOMS SIPO WITH TUNA

Ingredients for 2 people

300 g tuna steak
1 tray of Funghi da Forno Sapori del Mio Orto
1 tablespoon sesame
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

 

Preparation:

Place the tuna steaks in a pan covered with parchment paper, dress them with a little of EVO and add a little sesame. Cut the mushrooms into wedges and add them to the pan along with the cherry tomatoes and rosemary. Bake in a convection oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 ° C.
